Anindya is a member of various professional Institutions, bodies and Chambers of Commerce viz, Executive Recruiters' Association, NHRDN, ISTD, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, EFI and had taken leadership capacity in the past. Anindya is passionate about Heritage conservation and is a Life member of INTACH and Volunteers in philanthropy with Rotary Club of Calcutta Renaissance.

With more than 3 years of work experience manages a team of sourcing executives and is a part of client engagement team. She is a Post Grad in HR who loves travelling, hiking and adventurous sports apart from being a foodie.
